These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aisti platform provided by AISTI PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use Aisti only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for the returns you approve and file.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
Your use of Aisti is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights necessary to process it in order to provide the service.
Aisti prepares and helps submit returns based on the data you provide. Final review and approval of every return remains your responsibility. We are not liable for penalties arising from inaccurate source data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisti's total liability arising from the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.
